New York State Snowmobile Safety Education Program

 Eligibility---- A student must have reached his/her tenth birthday on or before the day of the course in order to be eligible to receive a Snowmobile Safety Course Certificate.

 Requirements-- Any one  between the ages of 10-18  that wish to operate a snowmobile on state, private, or public land  in New York State and other New England States must posses a Youth Safety Certificate
